House 563 in Little Haiti, FL begins schematic design phase.
The studio is working
with developer PROP to realize a residential building in the city of miami neighborhood of little haiti. The triangular shaped lot is zoned duplex but not quite big enough for two units. The studio will begin working on the general massing and programatic possibilities of the site.
