design of buildings and some objects. The studio
started sometime in 2015 with projects of various scales from Los Angeles to
Miami. The studio is run by Julio C. Perez, MArch; he currently Lectures at the University of Miami School of Architecture and runs the day to day operations in Miami, FL. Currently the studio is engaged on public, private, commercial and residential
projects.
