Mixed Use in Hallandale begins schematic design.
Approached by a client in Hallandale Beach, FL looking to maximize the most out of the small vacant lot they purchased. Ironically the red tape for projects over 5,000 sf is not feasible for the owners whom is their first time developing commercially. The schematic design begins within these parameter and partial massing produces by a previous architect.
