24 hour Library Shelter finished construction in North Miami Joe Celestin Center. The structure will permanently house the Envisionware 24 hour library machine and will be availiable for use all days the park is open. The polycarbonate panels will be covered periodically with transluscent graphics that announce the current books collection and/or special events. The prominent location on the park and visiblity from the major street, allow the shelter to work as signage.
