The proposed addition for the Sastre Residence received unanimous zoning approval via final decision. Zoning was asked to allowed a rear and side setback encroachment required by the proposed layout. The addition aims to keep a cohesive organization between private bedrooms on the east side of the house and the public areas on the west. The new bedrooms continue along the east side of the house while the public areas existing and new flow in and out each other on the west side of the house. The addition's living room has a south facing fascade and the new point of access to the rear yard.
